Exit Survey
Thank you for your interest in the County of San Mateo Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee formation process. Residents of San Mateo County are invited to provide comments and suggestions about what types of skills we should look for in selecting the members of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC). The first few questions focus on walking, the next few questions focus on bicycling, and the final questions are general. For the purposes of this survey, walking includes people who use wheelchairs and people who use other mobility devices such as scooters. Skateboards, hover-boards and other devices may be considered by this committee.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. The input received will assist the County in defining the review and interview process for applicants. Your input will be combined with comments received at the public workshop on February 3, 2016, at San Mateo Library.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential If you have questions about the survey, you may contact the Active Transportation Coordinator at (650) 599-1420 or by email at
