Thank you for your interest in Dealer Pulse by AutoX on the QuestionPro CX platform.  Dealer Pulse will give you immediate feedback following sales or service dealership transactions. Built on the enterprise-grade QuestionPro CX platform, this gives opportunities for individual dealerships all the way up through multi-unit dealer groups the opportunity to get feedback from customers as soon as minutes after the transaction.  This allows your dealership to respond immediately to customer concerns before they get posted on social media or to higher levels of management.  Our platform will also push happy customers towards review sites to increase positive word of mouth.  

The following order form is the first step in this process.  Completing this form is the first step towards elevating the customer experience and positive word of mouth of your dealership(s).  We'll ask you to include dealer contact information, information about your dealership, sales/service/both, preferred review website URL and the email addresses of personnel responsible for ensuring the experience of the customers - good and bad.  

Completing this form is not a commitment or an agreement.  Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted and provided an invoice, paying that invoice within 30 days will constitute your agreement to begin using Dealer Pulse by AutoX and agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of QuestionPro CX.
