Dear Client,

It is time again to ask you for feedback on our organization, our staff, and the programs and services we offer.

A second part of this survey is to understand which services are vital to you and your health as someone living with HIV.

In the past 5 years we've watched the number of people enrolled in service grow by 50% here at BCAR. At the same time, our funding has decreased. With the national financial crisis and new congress emphasis on maintaining or reducing current federal funding we are trying to prepare for what could be a drastic reduction in services.

Part of our job is to advocate for you with our funders and our community. We really need to know your thoughts about which services you absolutely must have to survive. Your honest answers to these questions will help us convince the folks who control what services are funded and what services are not.

From time to time we need to communicate quickly with clients. As an example, we were closed several days in early February due to really bad weather. We wanted to let clients know, but there was not an easy way to do that. Please share with us how you would prefer we notify you with an urgent message.
