Why do we want you to tell us what you think?
· It helps us understand where we might be getting things right and or wrong
· We’d like to know what you think we need to change – so we can try to make your experience as positive as possible
Your survey answers will be shared within 1625 to improve our services and with our funders to evidence our work and secure further funds. If you choose to give your name we will enter you into a prize draw for a £10 voucher, however your answers will be anonymised before sharing and you can choose not to leave your name if you wish.
