Hello,

Camp Forward has a different registration process than our other camps because there are only so many beds at Camp Mini Yo We which means we can only take so many kids.  There are more kids that want to come than we have space for so we need to make tough decisions about which kids we can take this year.  If your child wants to come to Camp Forward then please fill out this application.  Once we have received it we will be in touch within two weeks to let you know if we have immediate space available for your child(ren) or if you'll be placed on a wait list.
