FAQ’s for Mispar Panel
What is the purpose of this panel?
The panel is designed to gather insights and opinions on specific topics to help us conduct valuable research. Your participation helps us understand trends, preferences, and behaviors relevant to our study.
Will I be compensated for participating?
Yes, we provide compensation, in the form of points, that can be redeemed via a gift card of your choice.
How does the reward system work?
For every survey, poll or conversation you participate in, you will receive points. For every 1,000 Points that you collect, you will receive an email with all gift card options for you to choose from.
How will my feedback be used?
Your feedback will be analyzed collectively with input from other panelists to identify trends and insights. Individual responses are kept confidential and will not be shared.
Is my participation confidential?
Absolutely. All responses are confidential and used only for research purposes. Any information you provide will be anonymized.
What do you do with my personal information?
The personal and demographic information you provide to us when you register and complete your onboarding is used to assist us in sending the most appropriate missions your way. We do not sell member information to outside parties. When you are offered a survey, we do so based on the information we have and with the hopes of a solid match. Because we don’t share your information, you may be asked the same type of demographic information by the survey originator. None of that information is connected to you personally unless the originator asks for your personal information, and you willingly provide it. This isn’t a frequent request, but has happened from time to time. For more detailed information, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I opt out of the study?
Yes, your participation is entirely voluntary. You can withdraw from the panel at any time.
How will I be notified about new activities or updates?
We’ll send emails with new surveys, polls and conversations.  You can also log into your account to see if there are any available surveys, polls or activities that you qualify for.
Can I refer others to join the panel?
Definitely! Plus you can earn points for that.
Why do you need my mobile number?
Mispar has multiple points of verification. In order to receive gift cards, we ask you to verify your mobile number. Mispar does not use your mobile number for anything other than to verify you are in the U.S.
Are surveys available outside of the United States?
The majority of surveys are intended for individuals living in the United States, specifically the Tri-State area.
Why am I not receiving surveys?
On multiple occasions, your answers were inconsistent with data provided previously in your profile or during the survey process or otherwise indicated you were not providing genuine feedback.
How do I complete surveys?
Click a survey available on your dashboard. Fill out appropriate answers to the questions displayed in the survey of your choosing.
What are surveys?
A survey is a research method used for collecting data from a predefined group of respondents to gain information and insights into various topics of interest.
How do I redeem gift cards?
Once you have reached the redemption level of 1,000 pts. You will be able to choose which type of redemption you want. Over 200 gift cards are available. Gift cards will be sent in digital format within 7-10 business days to your Mispar member email.
What are Mispar points?
Mispar points can be earned on all survey or interview completions.  Every point is worth .01. If you have 100 pts in your account that is the equivalent to $1.00.
How do I check my points status and balance?
You can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
