1. Your personal information is being collected by Yoogalu Pty Limited A.C.N. 002 269 132 of A1 Richmond Road, Homebush West, New South Wales 2140 in relation to the Harvey Norman Voice (referred to in this document as "we", "our" or "us").

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth) (the "Privacy Act") imposes obligations on us in relation to the collection, security, quality, access, use and disclosure of Personal Information. (b) to seek your feedback in relation to customer satisfaction and our relationship with you.

6. We may disclose your personal information to third parties to fulfil one or more of the Purposes. Some of these third parties may be located overseas. The overseas third parties who are likely to receive your personal information are located in United States.



7. The third parties who we are likely to disclose your personal information to fulfil one or more of the Purposes include:

(a) QuestionPro;

(b) Wufoo;

(c) Validate.ly; and

(d) SurveyMonkey.



8. If we are unable to collect your personal information, then we will be unable to fulfil one or more of the Purposes.



9. Our aim is to handle your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act.
