Hello:
As discussed at the January board of directors meeting, the Governance Committee is planning a board development retreat for this spring. In order to best accommodate the varying schedules of board members, we ask for your input on the best times you are available to attend the retreat.

We expect the total amount of time needed to accomplish the goals and objectives of the development retreat to be 6 hours.

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Please rank your preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd choice) for days/times to hold the retreat:

6 hours on a Saturday (currently considering April 9th or 30th)
3 hours each on two week nights (it may be two week nights in the same week (eg, Monday & Wednesday), or two week nights in separate weeks (eg, Monday week 1, Monday week 2)
2 hours on week night followed by 4 hours on Saturday

Please specify if there are any week nights that you have a regular conflict that cannot be accommodated or changed at all (eg, in charge of XYZ the third Wednesday of the month)
