Dear Gentlemen,
Due to the fact that the HR Department is keen to listen and respond to the voice of workforce; we have decided to circulate a brief list of surveys’ questionnaire to be sent on a monthly basis to all employees. The purpose behind this is to collect employees feedback in order to assess and improve the level HR performance and services. Based on the results, a special team will be formed to solve and follow-up on all issues and comments. |
