You are invited to participate in my survey for my new collaboration with Azealia Banks and Urban Outfitters. In this survey, approximately 50 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about if they believe this will be succesful, what they would be inerested in seeing with the collaboration, what is your favourite trend etc. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
