Hello, This is the Application to become a famous scene, we have simple rules, don't use other peoples pictures, and please try to be creative with your nick name (scene name.) We will reply to your application within 12 hours. GIVE YOUR REAL INFORMATION. Your information will NOT be used if you do not want it to be used, therefore, chose a nickname (scene name) that you like in case you do not want us to reveal your real name.

If I win, I also accept that my information will be used on a video of my own in "YouTube", have a page of my own on Scene-TV's website, and also be used for Scene-TV's other pages, for example, "Facebook." I also accept that I got my parents permission to be in this contest, (For 13 year old or younger.) If older than 13, I accept to be in this contest.
