You are invited to participate in my Casual Sex Survey. In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your personal opinion on sex. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation is completely voluntary. Bewarned due to the nature of the survey, there may be graphic questions, if you feel uncomfortable you may withdraw from the survey at any point. Your opinion is very important, please answer the questions honestly.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
