The "Human Resources Strategy for Researchers" supports research institutions such as IAPAS in the implementation of "The European Charter for Researchers" and "The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Research" [hereinafter: Charter & Code] in their policies and practices. The implementation of Charter & Code by research institution will render them more attractive to researchers looking for the position.

IAPAS launches this survey with the objective to perform an internal analysis for identifying areas of improvement according to the principles of the Charter & Code. Analysing the results of the survey, the institution will be able to establish a strategy and an action plan to improve the current practices. The European Commission will evaluate this work and acknowledge the IAPAS with the logo “HR EXCELLENE IN RESEARCH” if the result of the evaluation is positive.

The survey is anonymous, for the reason it is necessary to define your profile. After this, please score each of the forty statement from 1 to 6 in terms of agreement and importance. In case one of these declarations does not refer to you, please choose non-applicable (N/A).
