Christmas Party Ideas - Draft

You are invited to participate in our survey where we would like to hear your ideas for our Waterloo Hub Christmas Party 2015. In this survey, a mixed age group of staff will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about what type of Christmas party they would like. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
We just felt it would be good to get an idea of what staff are looking for though I cannot make any promises as the results will need to be looked at by the Oasis Social Committee and then the Senior Management will make the final decision.
