You are invited to participate in The College Life Project Senior Follow up Survey. This survey asks questions about your plans related to graduation. It will take about 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no benefits or foreseeable risks associated with participation in this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering a question, you can skip that question. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. It is QuestionPro’s stated policy that QuestionPro (and its employees) will not access data.
