You are being invited to participate in my survey CULINARY CURRICULUM REVIEW. In this survey you will be asked to give your thoughts and opinions while referring to your work experiences as they relate to hospitality students exhibiting their skill level in the use of computers. This survey has 12 questions and should only require 3 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study can shape the future of culinary curriculum. It is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for this survey to learn your opinions about student employees you have hired or worked with and their computer abilities as you see them.
