Customer Satisfaction in Islamic Banking

Dear sir/madam,

You are invited to participate in my survey which is part of my MBA research dissertation for university of Glouchestshire and the questions are based on service quality in Islamic banks . In this survey, approximately 250 people will be targeted. It will take approximately 4-5 minutes to complete this questionnaire.
