Hello:  My name is Roger Euin and I am currently pursuing the MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management via distance learning with the University of Leicester in England. As part of the requirements to attain the MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management I am required to conduct a research study. The study that I have selected will focus on examining the structure and reliability of current crisis and disaster management strategies in Trinidad and Tobago.       

You are being invited to voluntarily participate in this survey where you will be asked to complete a questionnaire that asks questions about issues relating to crisis and disaster management in Trinidad and Tobago. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to obtain and learn from your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
