Drugs Attitude Scale

My name is Rebecca Edwards, I am a final year student at Royal Holloway University of London. You are invited to participate in my survey, which is attempting to ascertain opinions about different types of drug use and how those have changed over the years. In this survey, you will be asked to complete 3 sub questionnaires, each consisting of 13 statements that you will select how strongly you agree/disagree with. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. In this scenario, your data will not be used. At no point will you be asked to identify yourself, or volunteer information about personal drug use.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will not be individually analysed. The only people to see any data will be myself and my dissertation supervisor: Dr Richard Smith. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
