You are invited to participate in our survey about the Customers Perception on the European Air Traffic Industry. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The next questionarie attempts to gather information about different costumers' perception on different airlines offerings in Europe. Those offerings are mostly divided in two main groups:

- Low Cost Carriers (LCC): are airlines that focus on cost reduction in order to implement a price leadership strategy on the markets they serve. Examples are Ryanair and EasyJet.

- Traditional Carriars or Full Service Network Carriers (FSNC): are airlines that focuse on providing a wide range of pre-flight and onboard services, including different service classes, and connecting flights. Examples are Air France/KLM, Lufthansa, British Airways, Iberia, Austrian Airlines, LOT or SAS.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
