Gondwana Choirs Tour Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Once choristers have been notified of their place in the Choralfest Tour, withdrawal from the Season must be notified in writing to Gondwana Choirs. Refunds cannot be given for any deposits, monies expended or costs incurred by Gondwana Choirs in relation to the tour. The determination of whether a deposit, expense or cost is non-refundable shall be at the sole discretion of Gondwana Choirs. Where, for any reason beyond the control of Gondwana Choirs, it is determined that it is necessary for the season to be cancelled, the above refund policy will apply. The determination of whether a factor giving rise to a decision to cancel the tour is or is not beyond the control of Gondwana Choirs shall be at the sole discretion of Gondwana Choirs.

Please note: This application does not guarantee your place in the Choralfest Tour. Please do not book any flights until your receive confirmation of your acceptance on the tour from Gondwana Choirs.
