1 - Boring. I seldom pay attention to it. (Nakakabato. Hindi ko ito pinapansin.) 2 - Sometimes interesting, sometimes not. (Minsan, nakakaenganyo, minsan, hindi) 3 - Relevant as it is. (Meron itong saysay.) 4 - Very informative and I learn trivial things from it. (Nakakapagturo ito ng mga makabuluhang bagay.)

    4. On HR Surveys...  (Sa mga pagsisiyasat ng HR)
    1 - I do not feel the relevance of the HR Surveys since no action has been done even with my suggestions / comments. (Walang saysay ang HR Surveys dahil wala din namang nangyayari kahit na nabigyan na ng pananaw.) 2 - I only answer because it is required by our department head. (Sumasagot lang ako dahil sa pinilit lang ako ng pinuno ng aming departamento.) 3 - I answer the surveys because I have a proper outlet in giving my comments / suggestions. (Sumasagot ako dahil ito ang tamang paraan para sa aking mga puna at mungkahi.) 4 - I feel comfortable answering them because the Management is taking it seriously. (Ako ay komportable sa pagsagot sapagkat alam ko na sineseryoso ito at binibigyan pansin ng mga namumuno sa ating organisasyon.)
