You are invited to participate in our Flourish & Prosper survey. In this survey, you will be asked to complete a survey that gathers information on factors that are important in ensuring the business can reach it potential. The survey will contain a number of statements and you are asked to click the response which best represents how you feel about that statement. The options are:
