Joelle dela Paz Gonzalez - Having been Director for Fo'Real for 3 years, I know the logistics and subtleties of running the crew very well. The crew has been my family since I first joined in 2004 and I am very attached to them. While Fo'Real has grown from a 6-girl no-name crew to a 20-strong 2nd place OUCH team, I cannot take all the credit for its success; I owe it all to the crew members...I simply helped us keep focussed. I would love to be Director again to see the crew reach higher heights, although I would have to do the majority from home. Fo'Real has been my passion for the past 6 years and will always be my passion.

I am I good candidate to be Social Director for Fo'Real this year because I have a positive attitude that reflects strong work ethic and morale, and I encourage others to be supportive and proactive within the group. As Philanthropy Chairman for my sorority, I have experience in fundraising and would be a good asset to any fundraising endeavors. Finally, I love to party and I love hanging with the Fo'Real fam :)

Andy Ly - I'd make a great candidate for this position because I have previous experience. At the time, I've promoted the groups' events and workshops and have been up to date with all the group's activities.

I believe I am suited for this role because I feel I have an ear for choosing music that fits well together, regardless of the theme of the mix. I constantly check online blogs and other resources to update myself on the latest tracks dropped by artists (independent or mainstream) as soon as they are out. I also have a good feel of what songs are outdated, and what songs can be revived if we choose to do so. Furthermore, I have experience in making mixes, and can use several mixing tools such as Acoustica and CoolEdit.
