Foxcraft Estates Predator Free Zone

You are invited to participate in our survey for a predator free neighborhood. This survey will take approximately 2-5 minutes to complete. Thank you very much for your time and support.

If a majority of residents of Foxcraft Estates agree to making their neighborhood a predator free zone, then a sign might be placed inside the entrance to the neighborhood stating so. Additionally, a formal letter will be sent to all addresses inside Foxcraft Estates describing in detail the agreement, and requesting a formal signature of agreement from a head of the household.

In short, a predator free zone would restrict the selling and purchasing of homes to persons who are not registered sex offenders in the National and State databases. If a realtor or home owner sells to a registered sex offender, then the residents of Foxcraft Estates would be entitled to filing a class action lawsuit against the offending party/parties. Home owners selling through a realtor would also be required to notify their realtor of this policy upon listing their home for sale.
