Hello Globalite:

Global now has five offices, three time zones and upwards of sixty colleagues. Keeping all of us connected, collaborating and contributing is critically important for client service, coordinating marketing and business development and frankly just keeping the machine moving. However, it isn’t easy keeping us all in the “know” between and amongst us despite many new technology enhancements and tools at our disposal.

We would really appreciate your thoughts on the best internal communications channels and how you feel inter-office collaboration is working. And of course, how we can improve them over time!

Be mindful that our ability to be “connected” and operating as one team is Globals true competitive edge. We always need to be re-evaluating the processes and tools available to keep this key attribute at the forefront.
