In what condition is the house you're buying?

House is move-in ready, almost no repairs needed

House has been well maintained or recently renovated, just a few minor repairs needed

Older house has been well maintained, but there are a some repair needs and its time for updating the roof/HVAC/water heater, etc.

House was not well maintained, needs a lot repairs and updating

This will be a complete overhaul, but I'm pretty handy and will be renovating it myself
