You are invited to participate in our survey in order to have a greater understanding of the impact of ASSA ABLOY acquiring Paddock and the affect this has had on the most important asset in the business, you the employees! In this survey, approximately 200 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your views and experiences of being intergrated into the ASSA ABLOY company. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your responses will also contribute towards a wider academic study in conjunction with University of Wolverhamptonn the impact of acquisitions on orgnanisations and their employees.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
