Good day,
You are invited to participate in our survey Organizational Culture of Moore Stephens. In this survey, all the employees will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the organizational culture of Moore Stephens. It will take approximately twenty minutes to complete the questionnaire.
I'm Dewi de Lange, the HR intern of Moore Stephens. I'm studying Human Resource Management ant the Hanze University Groningen in the Netherlands. I'am supposed to do a research that has to do with a HR topic or problem in the organization, to complete my internship. But it also has to be a value for Moore Stephens itself. I can be a value for Moore Stephens to know how to describe its culture. It is easier for Moore Stephens to present itself to shareholders when everyone of the organization knows where Moore Stephens is about and what it wants be.
