I have been asked by one of our partners to poll my list serves to see what practices of similar sizes do for their IT support. We are a 6 doctor, soon to be 7 (all MDs), 2 location anterior segment practice, no ASC. We have Allscripts ProPM for our PM system and SRS Soft for EMR (but it doesn’t matter what you have).
