the Gamma Upsilon Restoration Committee is considering a proposal for a Kappa Karnival Reunion. The Karnival Reunion event is a proposed initiative to generate funds in support of the reinstatement of the Gamma Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
To assist the GURC Steering Committee in making a decision on this proposal, please take 2-3 minutes to respond to the following five (5) questions.
