Mad. Sq. Art - Visitor Survey

You are invited to participate in our survey to evaluate the Mad. Sq. Art Program. In this survey, approximately 270 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their experience at Madison Square Park. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
