This is the time of year that we evaluate how you are doing in the position you were hired.  We know that the staff at RLM share in the responsibilities of ministry so this is not an "all inclusive" evaluation of everything you do.  Instead, this is a general evaluation of your main responsibilities.  You will evaluate yourself by answering the questions in this survey.  This is an opportunity to self reflect on how you are performing in your job.  After your submission, there will be a time where you will meet with your supervisor and or team leader to affirm and discuss plan for growth if needed.   Thank you very much for your time and support.
