This is the time of year that we evaluate how you are doing in the position you were hired. We know that the staff at RLM share in the responsibilities of ministry so this is not an "all inclusive" evaluation of everything you do. Instead, this is a general evaluation of your main responsibilities. You will evaluate yourself by answering the questions in this survey.
