Telbet Management Survey

Hello All

With the recent completion of the PAD process for the year 2009/10, you will all be aware of how we think you have performed over the past 12 months.

What we would now like to do, is turn the tables and get your feedback on how you think Telbet and in particular the Management Team (Andy, Paul, Jesse and Ben S) are performing.

This survey is completely confidential and we would therefore appreciate it, if each of you could take the time to complete it as honestly as possible, giving specific examples where appropriate.

Please note that although comments about individual members of staff are expected and welcomed, we would prefer these and any other comments, to be of a constructive nature, where possible.

If there are any points that you would like to bring up that aren't covered by the questions, just use
any of the comment boxes to do this, it doesn't matter if it doesn't relate to that particular question.

As the survey is web based, it can either be completed at work, or when you are away from the office and therefore we would appreciate it if everyone could complete the survey as soon as possible (Friday 21st May at the latest).

Once all the results have been collated, we will provide you with details of the outcome, together with answers to any matters raised within the survey. Therefore this is an opportunity for you to let us know what’s important and to have an input into how we do things going forward
