It’s been three months since the Marriage Vision Retreat weekend.  

In an effort to offer ongoing support, a follow-up event is planned for Saturday, April 22, 2017.  We ask that all participants complete the following survey and submit it no later than Thursday, April 20, 2017.  It is anticipated that the survey will take 10 minutes to complete.  Each participant is asked to complete the survey individually and not confer with his/her spouse.
