Exit Survey

You are invited to participate in New Street Research's Mobile Data Consumption Survey. In this survey, 400 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about how much data they consume on their mobile phone each month. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. We encourage you to have your latest mobile phone bill near you when you complete the survey. We are not interested in confidential data points, such as your phone number. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact George Raad at 646-681-4602 or by email at [email protected]

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey by clicking on the Continue button below.
