Hello dear friend and fellow elected representative,
I am asking you to participate in a survey for my bachelor thesis. In this survey, all volunteering elected representatives (2009-2010) will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about whether their original motivation to run has been fulfilled. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire, only 9 questions.
I will not be tracing any questions to individuals. I hope you will be able to answer this before tomorrow, 11th of May, 2010. Thanks. :)
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
