New Employee On-Boarding Survey

New Employee On-Boarding Survey

As a recently hired Regence employee, we would like to seek your feedback regarding your on-boarding experience. HR is in the process of developing a plan to re-design on-boarding to include a self-service method.

We are interested in hearing about your first 2 weeks with the company. We would appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey to share what resources were missing and where the process can be improved.

The survey is focused on general company on-boarding and is not job specific. It is very short and will only take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions, please contact Yvonne Elliot or Rebecca Nida.
