Lokal Restaurant will put out a variety of local/Philippine cuisine where all its products will be used in this restaurant are sourced here from our provinces and will be cooked fresh without shortcuts and traditional cooking style. Everything in this restaurant where there will be inevitable waste after being cooked or processed will be renewed to sustain the whole system. The whole objective is to promote Philippine cuisine with modern cooking techniques without creating tremendous waste and serving delicious meals for diners who want to enjoy their local food and feel secure that it is safe. The consumers are to enjoy a green restaurant and a farm right behind the establishment to have awareness of the relationship off food with local market and the producers involved in it.

Target Market
We invite all food enthusiasts, professional chefs, environmentalists and those near the environment are our main target. Everyone is welcome to enjoy this dining experience.

Why Lokal Restaurant?
The food industry is now going on a fresher and healthy trend where they want there sources to be GMO or pesticide free. We would like not only to sell food but also sell locally made vegetables or produce for others to appreciate the value of fresh and unprocessed produce.

The interior and feel of the whole restaurant is homey with the use of recycled materials where there is assurance of comfort for kids and even the elderly diners.

Special Feature – We will strictly maintain this system
Our restaurant will remain consistent and will not compromise the design or how the food that we will served. We will be supported by the government and other advocates that promote sustainable restaurants and by which making this possible all throughout the next decade.

Management Team
Our team is lead by chefs with years of experience in their field and now wants to venture with this possibility in the Philippines. Parts of our team as well are environmentalists that will continue to develop and advocate it to our local government to make this possible. Foodies and travel/food bloggers also are with us passionately supporting us with our drive for fresh and local produce.
