Nominations for CCR Faculty/Staff Advisory Group

Hello:
Thank you for taking the time to nominate one of your colleagues for possible selection to serve on the College and Career Readiness Faculty/Staff Advisory Group. Once the nominations have been submitted, a slate of candidates for each job function will be developed. You will receive additional information on how to place your final vote.

Please note that you should submit a nominee ONLY in the category that matches your job function. Your nominee must be someone who performs that same job function. For example, if you are a part-time faculty member, nominate a part-time faculty member. You may nominate yourself if you would like to be placed on the slate of candidates.

Full-Time Faculty: If you are a full-time faculty member, please insert the name of your nominee.

Part-Time Faculty: If you are a part-time faculty member, please insert the name of your nominee.

Lab Facilitator/Assessment Specialist: If you are a lab facilitator or assessment specialist, please insert the name of your nominee.

Support Personnel: If you are an administrative assistant, instructional office assistant, or LEIS staff member, please insert the name of your nominee.

RRAs/Academic Advisors: If you are a Recruitment/Retention/Assessment specialist or an academic advisor, please insert the name of your nominee.
