Risk Management for Offshore Wind Logistics and Supply Chain Providers is increasingly becoming a necessary part of the full Wind Farm Development Lifecycle.

This survey has been designed to emphasise the importance of having a strong, sustainable Risk Management infrastructure focused on reducing supply chain vulnerabilities via identifying, analysing and mitigating the risk of failure points within the supply chain lifecycle.

Taking a coordinated holistic approach that involves all supply chain stakeholders, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) must be tightly integrated within Offshore Wind Logistics to ensure potential disruptions are managed, minimised and thereby commercial financial exposures are significantly reduced.

As an attendee to the Conference and/or the Conference Workshop ‘A Roadmap to Implementing an Effective Offshore Wind Farm Risk Management Programme’, this survey is designed to better understand your needs, expectations and to ensure that we provide you with valuable information that you can take away to assist in the daily management of your offshore risks.

The survey consists of 18 questions and should only take approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential, however, if you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact us at 310.406.5684 or [email protected]
