You are being asked to participate in a study being conducted by students in Organizational Behavior, a course taught by Professor David Long from the Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary. This study is a class project examining company characteristics and practices that make employees perform their jobs well or remain committed to the organization. We are asking you to respond to a series of short questions about the company you work for, and some of the things that company does to improve your performance and loyalty. This should take approximately 5-10 minutes of your time. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

This research project was designed for research purposes, in fulfillment of a class project. No one except the students in class will have access to any of your individual responses. All responses will be kept confidential to the extent provided by law. Furthermore, your participation in this project is voluntary. You do not have to answer any question(s) that you do not wish to answer. Please be advised that you may choose not to participate in this research, and you may withdraw from the study at any time.
