| Hello: This is the time of year that we evaluate how you are doing as a participating member of RLM which is taught in our 101 membership class. It is essential for employees to model the kind of life we are inviting others to live. For this reason, all employees of RLM must be a participating member of RLM. You will evaluate yourself as a member of RLM by answering the questions in this survey. This is an opportunity to self-reflect on if you are living out what we ask from our congregation to live out when they become members of our body. After your submission, there will be a time where you will meet with your supervisor and/or team leader to affirm and discuss plan for growth if needed.
