Over the 13/14 Fiscal Year, we piloted a Pivot-wide performance management system. This performance management system had three major pieces: 1) quarterly "check ins," completed in October, January and April; 2) a year-end performance evaluation, scheduled to be completed in July-August; and 3) individual goal setting for 14/15.
