Dear research professional,
Our client is a national field service organization comprised of a nationwide network of 1,500 inspectors, currently servicing large banks, insurance companies, lenders and investment firms. It’s a high-speed, quick turn-around (within 24 hrs), low-cost, data-gathering model that collects actionable market data, objective and third-party information video and photos. Field personnel use mobile field technology and proprietary tablet app software to make observations, complete forms, take photos, video and other fact finding services, which they feed into a searchable/sortable database via electronic reporting.
Our client is trying to learn if there are applications for its services outside the current area of operation, learn more about the specific field services they can offer, and how to make those services better and more collaborative.
