1. Hawkeye
•To increase the efficiency of Supply Chain teams and reduce the time spent on order processing and tracking by eliminating the need to extract and consolidate data manually from different systems
•Implement “manage by exception” methodology to accelerate the decision making process
•Develop a ful end-to-end Order Management system including the integration of delay reasons to Apex/DSS

2. Artwork Process Improvement: The project focused on study the end to end artwork development process across KS&O and OpCos teams, identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve speed(cycle time)—as a result, the new Brandflow system solution has been implemented this year

3. SMART Data: The project targeted to solve the Data Integrity issue across KS&O offices and OpCos. Such as Dimensions, MOQ, Price, OpCo Product Code, etc. so that we can have the product data right first time, reduce the data correction cost and speed up the order turnaround.

4. PassThrough - Enabling proforma orders to go straight to vendor automatically, leading to straight to official ordering as a result of shortening the order processing lead time and benefit the working capital.
