Process Innovation Bootcamp - Follow-Up Survey

CRY-ROP Process Innovators,

It's been about two months since you participated in the the Process Innovation Bootcamp. We're so glad you participated in the workshop and hope you took away some new skills to apply in your process innovation projects.

We'd like to ask you to complete a brief survey to help us learn more about your experience with the bootcamp. We will use this information to continue to improve the workshop for future Process Innovators. In addition, there is a section for you to include any challenges you are having that you'd like to communicate to Leadership (e.g areas where you need more/less/different support from your Project Sponsor, additional explanation of particular supporting materials, etc).
