MOTE MARINE LABORATORY SEA TURTLE PATROL PROPERTY UTILIZATION SURVEY

Exit Survey
With the 2013 sea turtle nesting season starting May 1st (and ending October 31st), we are once again requesting permission to utilize your property for parking, beach access, and/or equipment storage. Please let us know if you are willing to grant permission by responding to the survey below. The survey is quick and easy to complete and it gives you the opportunity to provide us with detailed instructions on how you would like us to utilize your property.
We appreciate your generosity and want to ensure our visits to your property are as unobtrusive as possible. If at any time you feel your daily activities are interrupted or your comfort level is compromised by our staff or volunteers please contact me directly so we can remedy the situation promptly.
If you have any questions about the survey or the access being requested by Mote Marine Laboratory's Sea Turtle Patrol Program, please contact Kathy Klingensmith via email at
[email protected]
or by phone at 941-388-4441, ext. 308.
WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE TO THE SURVEY BY MARCH 15, 2013.
