Hello, Purchasing Crew...in a recent meeting I provided information on an employee satisfaction survey I was looking to develop and send to each of you. Here it is!
I am genuinely interested in the results of the survey, as they will help me better understand your feelings about your position, how we’re doing as a department and NJM in general. The survey contains over eighty questions and should take no more than thirty minutes to complete. It is entirely voluntary, but I hope you decide to complete it.
If you choose to proceed, I’d ask that you please answer the questions openly and honestly. I value your opinion and will use the results to determine ways we could potentially improve as we continue to move forward.
