My name is Varuni Wakwella, an undergraduate student at Informatics Institute of Technology, affiliated to University of Westminster, UK. And I’m reading for BSc (Hons) Information Systems with Business Management.

I am currently studying in my final year and this survey is conducted as a Pilot Study for my Final Year Research Project, which is carried out to gather information on the current problem in the process of purchasing and issuing entry tickets at the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
